Meeting Room Request Form

The Rolla Public Library’s meeting room will be unavailable from May 30th to July 30th due to our upcoming Summer Reading Program. All request made for this time will be denied, if you have any questions you can give us a call at (573)364-2604 or email the Library Director at director@rollapubliclibrary.org.

    *Please be aware that space is limited in our meeting room. When local COVID numbers are high, we recommend having no more than 10 people in the meeting room at a time. We also ask that you consider taking precautions for your group by wearing masks and social distancing as best as you can. We will wipe down all surfaces before and after your group leaves. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
    *An age recommendation is required by the 15 CSR 30-200.015. Failure to advertise the age recommendation could result in the group being prohibited from using the space in the future.
