Meeting Room Request Form

The Rolla Public Library’s meeting room will be unavailable from May 30th to July 30th due to our upcoming Summer Reading Program. All request made for this time will be denied, if you have any questions you can give us a call at (573)364-2604 or email the Library Director at

    *Please be aware that space is limited in our meeting room. When local COVID numbers are high, we recommend having no more than 10 people in the meeting room at a time. We also ask that you consider taking precautions for your group by wearing masks and social distancing as best as you can. We will wipe down all surfaces before and after your group leaves. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
  • If the weather is nice, you may ask us to set up tables and chairs in the courtyard for you.
